Dropped a frame during inspection and the queen was on it — have I killed her?

I feel absolutely sick. First year, two hives, and today during inspection a frame slipped out of my grip and fell about a foot onto the top bars of the box before sliding down the outside and landing on the grass. Bees everywhere. Then I saw the queen walking on that exact frame, seemingly fine, and I got it back in the hive with shaking hands. But now I'm spiralling. She could've been crushed and I wouldn't know. Or did I 'roll' her getting the frame back in? I've read about rolling queens and I definitely wasn't smooth putting it back. How do I know if she's OK? Do I go back in tomorrow to check? It's been three hours and I've already been out to stare at the entrance twice like that helps.
