Honey came out cloudy after extraction — did I ruin it?

First extraction ever. The honey looks cloudy rather than clear gold. Is it spoiled or is this a crystallization / air bubble thing? Extracted through a double sieve, filled into jars within an hour. No heating.

Almost certainly air bubbles from spinning + fine wax. Let it settle in a bucket 2–3 days and skim the foam off the top. It'll be clear gold underneath.

Yep — the magic is patience. Settling tank for 3 days, then bottle. Beautiful honey.

If it's still cloudy after settling and the colour stays off-white-ish, you might be looking at incipient crystallization. Some honeys (rape, clover) crystallise within days. Totally edible, just a different look.
