First willow pollen coming in here in Wellington — who else is watching late-winter first flights?

Southern Hemisphere check-in. We had two mild sunny days in a row here in Wellington and this morning I watched foragers coming back with pale yellow pollen — the early willow down the gully has just cracked. First proper pollen I've seen since May. I'm not opening anything yet, still too cold for that, but hefting tells me all six hives have decent stores and the entrance activity looks right — steady traffic, cleansing flights, no crawling bees. This is the time of year I get twitchy though. Queens will be ramping up laying off the back of this pollen, which means stores start disappearing faster right when there's least coming in. The classic late-winter starvation window. Any of the other winter crowd seeing movement yet? Curious how far along everyone is.
