Selling at the farmers market for the first time next weekend — label and legal gotchas?

Following up my harvest thread — I've got about 140 lbs jarred and a booth booked at our local market next Saturday. North Carolina, so I've read our cottage food / honey rules, but I want the practical version from people who've done it. What I think I know: label needs the word honey, my name and address, and net weight (in both pounds/oz and grams in the US). I should NOT say 'organic' — no way to certify what 6 hives foraged across a 2-mile radius — and 'raw' is apparently a minefield since it has no legal definition. What I don't know: pricing psychology (round numbers? odd?), whether sample spoons are worth the mess, how many jars a first-timer actually sells at a small market, and whether anyone's been burned by rules they didn't know existed. Every state seems different, which is exactly why I'm nervous.
