Spotted eggs but no queen after a week — am I queenright?
Went in today, found a tidy laying pattern and single eggs standing up in the cells. Never actually saw her majesty though.
Safe to assume I'm queenright? I really don't want to tear the box apart hunting for her every visit.

Single eggs centred and standing = laying queen within ~3 days. You're fine. Don't keep tearing the box apart hunting for her — every inspection is a stress event.

Same boat last week, didn't see mine for 3 inspections in a row but eggs every time. Apparently very common with unmarked queens.
